Based on the principle of iontophoresis, the Fohow ionic massager is a modern therapeutic device for targeted muscle and tissue activation. It uses electrical impulses to inject ions into the skin, promoting healing and enhancing well-being.

Overview:
The Fohow ionic massager combines traditional Chinese massage principles, including touch, pressure, and stretching. These techniques promote the cleansing of the meridians around the eyes, open the epidermal barrier, and enable better ionization of the skin. This allows the skin to be enriched with ions, significantly increasing the effectiveness of creams, serums, and revitalizing lotions.

Technology and design:
The massage head is spherical and rotates 360 degrees. It automatically heats up and regulates the temperature around the eyes, providing a pleasant sensation. The device works with low-frequency galvanic direct currents, achieving optimal cosmetic results, such as:

Application on the skin:

1. Remove contact lenses before use.
2. Cleanse face and eye area.
3. Apply a suitable care product (e.g. cream, serum, milk, Yang Sheng energy balm) evenly to the skin (approx. 3–5 ml).
4. Turn on the device and select the “Ionization” or “Light Therapy Heating” function.
5. Treat the skin area with gentle, even movements, applying more care if necessary.
6. After treatment, clean the skin with a damp cloth to remove residue.

Duration of treatment:
We recommend 10 minutes per session. The duration can be adjusted for advanced skin aging.
To improve results, a moisturizing mask is recommended after the treatment, especially for dry skin.

Frequency of application:

• Normal skin: daily
• Sensitive skin: maximum 3 times per week, or adjust as needed

Operation and functions:

• A long press (approx. 2 seconds) activates the therapy and heating function, indicated by the red "HOT/LED" light. The default duration is 10 minutes.
• A short tap switches off the heating function and activates the ionization, visible by the red “ION” light, with a running time of 5 minutes.
• Functions can be changed by briefly pressing.
• The device switches off by pressing the on/off button for a longer time.
• When the battery level is low, a signal will sound, and the battery indicator will flash red while charging (charging time approximately 4.5 hours). The device should not be used while charging.
• The device stops automatically when fully discharged.

Cleaning and care:

• The device is splash-proof (household class)
• Do not use metallic cleaning utensils, solvents, gasoline or kerosene
• If not in use for a long time, clean, store in a dry place, and protect from heat, direct sunlight and fire sources.
• Do not apply gasoline, solvents or other corrosion inhibitors to the device.

Cleaning the head:

• Unscrew and remove the lamp housing counterclockwise.
• Clean the lamp and the ball head mount with a damp, non-abrasive cloth – do not use water.
• Clean the lamp housing and ball head with a single cloth.
