The Fohow TIM is a state-of-the-art massager that utilizes the traditional Chinese healing method of sweating – one of eight therapeutic techniques of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that has been used in China for centuries. Instructions for use:

1. Place the SPA capsule on the bed, massage table or floor and unfold it.
2. Prepare body with essential herbal oil or conductive gel.
3. Set the duration, temperature and intensity on the multifunctional controller.
4. Turn the disposable heat pack over and place it comfortably in the capsule.

Important instructions:

- The head remains outside the capsule and the zipper must be closed.
- For the first sessions, a short duration (20-30 minutes) at a low temperature (approx. 40 °C) is recommended.
- Drink plenty of warm water before treatment. Accompanying persons can offer warm water during the session.
- After the session, it is recommended to take the Phoenix Elixir and drink warm water.

The duration of a session is usually between 20 and 50 minutes.

It is recommended to combine the treatment with a bioenergetic massage device for an even stronger effect. First, a session in the SPA capsule can be performed to open meridians and detoxify, followed by a massage with a BEM device for a deeper effect. The total session time should not exceed 50 minutes.
