Application and nutritional value Dissolve the contents of two sachets in a glass of warm water (up to 40 °C). Take 2 sachets 3 times daily. Per 100 g: 1379 kJ, protein 14.7 g, fiber 26.6 g – this corresponds to approximately 106% of the daily recommended fiber intake.
