2. Open the protective bag and check if the capsule is undamaged.

3. Remove the capsule and immerse it in warm water at 50-60°C for 20 minutes.

4. Before use, moisten the tip of the tampon with an Aloe Vera gel.

5. Clean the genital area thoroughly. Insert the capsule deeply into the vagina using disposable gloves, ensuring the thread remains visible outside.

6. The capsule remains in the vagina for three days.
