2.      Open the protective bag and check that the capsule is undamaged.

3.      Remove the capsule and immerse it in warm water at 50-60°C for 20 minutes.

4.      Before use, moisten the tip of the tampon with aloe vera gel.

5.      Thoroughly clean the genital area. Wearing disposable gloves, insert the capsule deep into the vagina, leaving the thread visible on the outside.
